Refund & Cancellation Policy
Because all of our products are handcrafted to order — especially custom cakes — our refund and cancellation policies reflect the significant time, labor, and ingredients invested in each creation. We appreciate your understanding. |
Custom Cake Cancellation
All custom cake orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit to hold your order date and cover design work and ingredient sourcing. Cancellation terms are based on how far in advance you cancel:
✅ | 14+ Days Before Pickup — Best Option Full remaining balance refunded (deposit is non-refundable). You may apply the deposit as store credit toward a future order. |
⚠️ | 7 – 13 Days Before Pickup — Partial Refund 50% of the remaining balance will be refunded. The deposit is non-refundable. Store credit available for the remaining amount. |
❌ | Less Than 7 Days Before Pickup — No Refund No refund will be issued, as production will have begun. The full order amount is forfeited. Store credit may be offered at our discretion. |
❌ | Day of Pickup / No-Show — No Refund No refund or store credit will be issued. The full order amount is forfeited. |
Order Date Changes (Rescheduling)
- Date changes requested 7 or more days before pickup will be accommodated based on availability at no extra charge.
- Date changes requested less than 7 days before pickup are subject to a $25 rescheduling fee and are subject to availability.
- Orders can only be rescheduled once. Subsequent changes will require a new order and deposit.
Standard Bakery & Cafe Items
- Due to the perishable and made-to-order nature of our products, all sales of standard baked goods, pastries, and cafe items are final.
- If there is an issue with your order (wrong item, damaged product, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of pickup with photos. We will work with you toward a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit.
Refund Process
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Store credit is issued via a digital gift credit and has no expiration date.
- Cash refunds are available only for cash payments made in person.
Circumstances Beyond Our Control
In rare cases where we must cancel or delay your order due to unforeseen circumstances (illness, equipment failure, emergency, natural disaster), we will notify you as soon as possible and offer either a full refund or a priority reschedule at your choice. We will never cancel without making it right.

All cancellations must be confirmed in writing (email or text) to be valid. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
